FROM CURTIS KLASSEN - SENIOR PASTOR
In Matthew 11:28 Jesus says, "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (NIV)
We at the Evangelical Free Church of Meadow Lake desire for this to be a safe place where the hurting, lonely, seeking and lost souls of this community (and beyond) will find salvation and life in Jesus Christ." Whether you're looking for a church to belong to or looking for hope in the midst of a broken world, we would love for you to join us as we learn together what it means to take Jesus' yoke and follow him, finding hope and healing for our souls.
FROM RYAN MARTIN - ASSOCIATE PASTOR
It was once said that the youth are the hope of the future. We believe this to be true, especially when it comes to the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our community.
We at the Evangelical Free Church of Meadow Lake desire to see the youth in this community come to faith in Jesus Christ, to grow in their faith and understanding of who Jesus is, to grow as individuals and to be used by God for the advancement of His Gospel.
We long for the youth of this church and community to feel welcomed and loved here, to experience the transformational power of the Holy Spirit in their lives as they grow as individuals, to learn from biblical teaching that will challenge them in their faith, and to learn to apply their faith in day-to-day life.
If you are looking for a place where you can grow in your faith and learn what it means to be a follower of Jesus in today's world, we would love to have you join us!
